AI labeling (backend-only)
AI assigns Issue Type, Sub-Issue Type, Priority, Impact, and all other ticket UDFs.
Event triggers
Runs on ticket creation notification from the Autotask webhook.
Change logging
For every ticket labeled by Ekkie, an internal ticket note is appended summarizing all field changes.
Uses confidence thresholds; on low confidence, it abstains (no changes made).
